For the AW11/12 seasonal refresh of the feedback was, it looks great, sales are up, but we’re having a little trouble with communicating all of our offers fully.

In addition to the usual seasonal look and feel update, we took a problem solving approach and reviewed the templates to fix the following;

How can we show product at its best?

What can we do to allow for more copy in the promotional areas?

The resulting design reworked the space to facilitate portrait images with a mixture of headline and sub copy, ticking all the boxes whilst being legible and looking good.
