Stevenage is the new location of our 30,000sq.ft. production house. Only 30 minutes from
London Kings Cross, our print and workshop facilities turn the creative output of Harlequin Design
into a reality and gives invaluable logistical resource to the group, ensuring your jobs arrive on time
and in perfect condition.
Our UK workshop offers a wide range of production processes from 3D fabrication
to bespoke prop making. With a permanent team of 20 skilled carpenters and makers,
two spray booths for priming and finishing, a five-axis router and multiple CNC machines
we are suited to work across a wide range of one off and flagship projects.
Our in-house print company offers increased capacity, short lead times and competitive pricing on every kind of large-format print. With a hard-working, dedicated team of over 20, we specialise in all facets of ‘large-format digital’ production.
Additional to our large format print, workshop and despatch departments we also offer two large mock windows, material lab, a client area and a virtual reality suite so we can bring our client’s concepts to life prior to starting production.
Based in the established furniture manufacturing district of Matera, our highly skilled team of metal and textile experts create beautifully crafted fixtures and props at competitive prices, with a fast turnaround. We also manage all logistics so that every item arrives on time and on budget.
Alongside our European production facilities we work with a team of seven production managers from our Chinese registered company based in Shanghai. We manage all chain-of-custody documentation for global logistics and shipping.

Our in-house team of carpenters, prop makers, sculptors and printers can produce prototypes across a wide range of processes including 3D printing, vacuum forming, cardboard engineering, moulding and acrylic fabrication.
Logistics & Packing
Our despatch department is experienced in managing the collating, packaging, labelling and shipping for one off projects and large scale rollouts. We can offer the management of freight forwarding, customs clearance, duties and taxes and the creation of all certification for international shipments.
With public liability insurance cover over £10 million, we are fully equipped to protect our installers, your property and those around us when onsite.
We ensure our installers are more than qualified to work onsite when it comes
to Health & Safety. Our teams have CSCS cards, CITB qualifications and PASMA training, as well as holding Asbestos and First Aid Training certificates.
